Bacon Grilled Cheese

 

Toasted Bacon and Cheese? Yes please!

This glorious sandwich combines three perfect textures: toasted bread, crisp bacon, and gewy melted cheese. What better combination could have been created to cure a hangover or satisfy a stoned craving. 

This is my go-to hangover cure for a blurry Sunday morning. Naturally, it would be accompanied by a side of mayo dipping sauce.

So easy to make it almost feels shameful to share a recipe. Alas, I will concede with one final note. The 'basics' of this recipe can be customized and catered to your personal taste. Try back-bacon with a smoked cheddar on a sourdough, or candied bacon with gouda on rye, the possibilities are endless!
